What we claim,we can show.
We would rather publish less and have all of it be true. A listing states the compound name, sequence, molecular formula, molecular weight, purity, form, quantity, storage instructions and CAS number — and there is no field in our catalog for dosage, protocols, benefits or effects, so none can appear.
Where a specification has not been checked against the certificate of analysis for the lot in question, the listing says so plainly and we advertise no purity figure for it.
Provisional is labelled
A specification we have not verified against a lot certificate is marked provisional on the listing itself, not quietly presented as fact.
Certificates as we hold them
We publish the certificates a testing laboratory has actually issued to us. We do not post sample, representative or illustrative documents.
No claims we cannot evidence
No purity figure, testing claim or guarantee appears anywhere on this site until we hold the paperwork that supports it.

What does research use only actually mean here?
It means every product is sold as a laboratory reagent and nothing else. It is not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. No product on this site has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use. The buyer is responsible for handling, storing and disposing of what they buy lawfully and safely.
Do you publish certificates of analysis?
We publish the certificates that a testing laboratory has issued to us, on the certificates page and on the relevant product page, as we receive them for the lots we hold. We do not publish sample or representative certificates, and we do not describe a product as tested before we hold the paperwork for it. Where a product has no certificate published yet, the listing says so.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
United States street addresses only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship internationally. Shipping is calculated and shown in the order summary before you pay.
Can you advise on handling, preparation or use?
No. Pepper Compounds cannot provide medical, dosing, diagnostic or therapeutic advice, and cannot answer questions about use in humans or animals. Our research guides describe general laboratory practice only; anything specific to a material belongs to its documentation, its lot certificate and your own validated procedures.
